Overview
The Dell LTO4-HH 800GB tape drive is a high-performance, high-capacity data-storage device that is designed to perform unattended backups, restore Open Systems applications, and retrieve and archive files. It can be integrated into a system or can be provided as a separately packaged desktop unit. It also supports the Write Once, Read Many (WORM) operation on LTO WORM cartridges. It is equipped with Digital Speed Matching (DSM) which is designed to help improve throughput in environments where the host data rate is less than optimal.This product has been tested and validated on Dell systems. It is supported by Dell Technical Support when used with a Dell sytem.
